Hi! Here is Matias Kekkonen and i decided to write fitnessblog. I m 18 year old student and i studying at Salon Lukio in Finland. I decided to write about fitness because i training about 5 times at week in gym and i hope someday i could call myself bodybuilder. I want to be a mens physique competitor in this fitness century. My biggest motivation is Jeff Seid, he is bodybuilder and he's only 23 year old. I trying to get best shape that i can.
I training about 5 times at week and i training in Liikuntakeskus Vire and in Perttelin Kuntosali. My training is pretty hard and i always trying to get better result and bigger weights. In winter i trying to get mass and before summer i usually do little diet and get shredded. I have program wich goes like this: monday/chestday, tuesday/arms, wednesday/legs thursday/shoulders and saturday or sunday i have backday. My favorite day is propably armsday because i love the pump, i can identify Arnold Schwarenegger he said the most satisfying feeling you can get is the pump. I will tell you in this blog how is my training going and tell you about me.
Last week was very good training week. Somedays i just so tired and dont have motivation training. If i dont have any motivation i usually watch some training videos like Jeff Seid videos. I usually use suplements in winter. My favorite protein is mass gainer, other suplements what i use are creatine, BCAA, L-argininge. My personal favorite is creatine. Creatine gives your body fluid and that make musclegrowing enable. When you keep rest using creatine fluid dissapear. Creatine gives your the best pump what you can get with suplements. When i dont use creatine i dont usually even notice pump that good.
